This product is a fine particle suspension oil solution.After static setting, the fine particles sink, and shake well into a uniform white suspension.

PHARMACODYNAMICS ACTION

Pharmacodynamics: Cefquinoxime is a fourth-generation cephalosporin antibiotic.By inhibiting the synthesis of cell wall to achieve the bactericidal effect, it has the broad-spectrum antibacterial activity, and it is stable to beta-lactamase.Bacteriostatic test in vitro showed that main oxime of common gram-positive and gram-negative bacteria, including e. coli, citrate coli, klebsiella, pasteurella, deformation bacillus, salmonella, clayey Mr Charest bacteria, cattle haemophilus, fester, actinomycetes, bacteria of the genus bacillus, corynebacterium, staphylococcus aureus, streptococcus, bacillus, clostridium bacteria, bacteria, shooter from fusiformis, actinobacillus and swine erysipelas bacillus, etc.

Pharmacokinetic:In each 1kg of weight of the pig, cefquinoxime was injected into the muscle, and the concentration of blood drug reached its peak after 0.4 hours, and the peak concentration was 5.93µg/ml, eliminating the half-life is about 1.4 hours, and the area under the curve is 12.34µg•h/ml.

FUNCTION AND USE

β-lactam antibiotics.It is used for treat respiratory disease of pigs caused by pasteurella multocida  or pleural pneumoniae.

USAGE AND DOSAGE

Intramuscular injection:once, pig per 1kg weight, 0.08~0.12ml, 1 times a day, continuous use3~5 days.

ADVERSE REACTIONS

No adverse reactions have been observed in accordance with the prescribed usage and dosage.

NOTICE

(1) The animals allergic to the beta-lactam antibiotics are prohibited.

(2) Do not contact the product with the allergy to penicillin and cephalosporin antibiotics.

(3) Shake well before use.
